1. Mecca

Mecca is capital city in the Hejaz area in Saudi Arabia. With a population of 1,32,3624 Mecca gets visitors three times its population every year during the Haji pilgrimage. It is situated in a narrow valley 43 miles from Jeddah and its elevation above sea level is 908 feets. Mecca is also considered to be the place of birth for Muhammad (PBUH) and the location of Muhammad’s first revelation of the Quran. In the Islamic religion, Mecca is the holiest city and presently managed by the municipality of Mecca with a mayor as its head.

2. Medina

With a population of 1,30,0000 Medina is often referred as the "Radiant City" and is found in the Hejaz. Al-Masjid Nabawi has great religious significance because it is the burial place of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Medina city comes second after Mecca as holy city according to Islam religion. It is located 200miles north of Mecca and 118 miles from the red sea and located on Hejaz’s most fertile area.

3. Jeddah

With a population of 2,86,7446 Jeddah is the largest city in Makkah Province. It is also second largest city in Saudi Arabia after Riyadh and the biggest seaport in the Red Sea. Jeddah city is situated in the Hijaz Tihamah area on the coast of the Red Sea. Jeddah was positioned fourth in the Africa Mid East area because of its innovation in 2009. Jeddah developed as a fishing hamlet by the Yemeni tribe in 522, BC and has a tropical arid climate.

4. Riyadh

Riyadh is the capital city of Saudi Arabia and it is also the commercial capital of the country with a population of 4,20,5961. Riyadh is belonging to the historical areas of Najd and Al-Yamana. The Riyadh Development Authority and mayor of Riyadh head this municipal district with the governor of Riyadh province acting as the chairman. Riyadh grew into a large metropolis in the 1940. Riyadh has a hot desert climate.

5. Dammam

Dammam is about 400 km away from Riyadh. It is the capital of the eastern region of Saudi Arabia and a very important sea port. It was a separate small town but now it has become one big city; linking Al-Khobar and Al-Dhahran. Dammam is now a large commercial center. The port city is well connected by road, railway, and airport with the rest of Saudi Arabia as well as with its neighboring countries. Dammam is a major residential and commercial region of Saudi Arabia. An important campus of King Faisal University is located here.  
In earlier time that Dammam was called DAMDAMA, which means the sound of drum that announce the beginning and the end of hunting season. In Dammam lies a very important center for refining petroleum. The population of Dammam is about one million.

6. Taif

Taif city is over the Hada Mountains above Mecca and on the eastern slopes of the Al-Sarawat mountains. Taif is the cool and green Summer Capital located in the western part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. People come here in the summer weather for enjoy beautiful scenery and the town’s relaxed atmosphere. Taif lies south east of Jiddah and the City of Makkah stands 1,800 meters above sea-level on the eastern slopes of the Al-Sarawat Mountains. Taif is one of the best city and place in the Saudi Arabia Cities.

7. Khobar

Al-Khobar is one of the main city in the Eastern Province. Al-Khobar, Dammam and Dhahran these three cities form a closely joined triangle which has existed for centuries. Al-Khobar was a small port on the Arabian Gulf inhabited mainly by fishermen. Discovery of oil, it was transformed into an industrial port. Now it has become the commercial hub of the Eastern Province. Such organization is indicative of its important role in the national economy. It is the center of export-import activity and is a transit point for goods that are distributed throughout the Saudi Arabia.

Saudi summer is one of the worst climates in the country the months of June, July and August are called "the 90 days of the Devil".
